TERMS OF DELIVERY
A) Description of the products and services offered by Interflora
Products from the Interflora Collection: The characteristics of the products are shown on the www.interflora.es site. Given their nature and preparation, they may vary in the structure, content and colours used in the arrangement. This is the result of seasonal flowers/plants, as well as the way in which different locations work not only in Spain but also in the rest of the world.
In any case, Interflora guarantees that the arrangement will be of the best quality not only regarding the products used, but also the design of the final creation.
The arrangements in which the products used are specified (e.g. 12 roses) are excepted from the above. In this case, the best quality product specified by the consumer shall be delivered.
Single flower: The delivery is guaranteed only in locations with florist´s associated with Interflora network and, if the delivery is not possible, the client shall be informed so that the product can be changed or the order cancelled, as preferred.
Accessories: The soft toys and accessories that complement the flower orders are included at RRP. They shall be delivered in accordance with the availability of the said accessory at the florist's responsible for delivering the product. If the accessory cannot be delivered, the product shall be delivered with the full amount in flowers or plants.
B) Delivery of orders
The orders shall be delivered to the address indicated by the client together with a card bearing the text provided. Therefore, INTERFLORA declines all responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the details provided not been correct or being inexact or incomplete.
For deliveries to hospitals, hotels, funeral parlours, public organisations and other places in which access by the general public is restricted, the flowers/plants shall be delivered to reception or a similar place if delivery direct to the addressee is not possible.
Should the destination not have an Interflora service, the client shall be informed as soon as possible.
C) Delivery date
Delivery in Spain
Interflora guarantees same-day delivery as long as the order is placed before 15:00 local time and the day of delivery is not a public holiday at the destination or a national holiday all over Spain.
The orders to be delivered on public holidays that are of particular significance in the sector, such as Mother's Day, St Valentine's Day, the Day of the Rose, 24 December, etc. shall be guaranteed only if they are placed 24 hours in advance, where, in whatsoever case, the delivery shall be made as soon as possible.
For orders placed on Saturdays, Interflora España shall guarantee same-day delivery only if they are placed before 11:00 local time. Deliveries on Sundays are not included in the guarantee.
In case of special events like weddings or funerals from 12:00 a.m. on Saturday is not guaranteed delivery on Saturday afternoons and/or Sundays.
Deliveries are not guaranteed on national public holidays. In this case, deliveries can be made on the day before if the order has been placed sufficiently in advance or on the first business day after the original delivery date in the order.
Delivery outside Spain
As a result of the time differences between the various countries in which the service is offered, Interflora España only guarantees a specific delivery date when the orders are contracted at least 24 hours in advance of the original date in the order.
The orders placed on Saturdays in Spain shall be delivered on the first business day according to the official calendar of the destination country.
The orders for public holidays in the town and country of destination (Mother's Day, St Valentine's Day, Day of the Rose, 24 December, etc.) shall be guaranteed if they have been placed 24 hours in advance; otherwise, they shall be delivered as soon as possible.
Deliveries on national holidays in the destination country are not guaranteed.
D) Delivery times
For all the orders, whatever their destination, Interflora España guarantees delivery in commercial hours on the requested day, but never at specific times.
In the case of special events, such as funerals, weddings, etc.,
in laboral days, the times requested by the client are observed and, if this is not possible for whatsoever reason, the client shall be notified immediately by telephone or e-mail as indicated on the order.
E) Prices
The prices indicated below each product are in euros. The price of the orders includes the corresponding taxes and transport costs.

G) Customer service – incidents and claims
If you wish to report an incident in the service, place a query or file a claim about the product, delivery, etc., please use one of the following options:
- Call our offices on (34) 902 15 76 52.
- Access your order records by entering your username and password and filing the corresponding claim.
- By e-mail to cliente@interflora.es, indicating the order number you wish to query and reporting the corresponding incident or filing a claim.
H) Term for claims
The client may file a claim concerning the delivery of a national or international order during the term of 15 days after the date of delivery.
If the reason for the claim is the quality of the product delivered or the arrangement, you may claim in the term of 24 hours after the date of delivery, since claims received after this period will not be accepted as the original quality or manufacture of the products cannot be checked due to the fact that they are perishable.
If the claim is justified, compensation shall be provided and each case shall be resolved.
I) Term of validity of the offer
The offer of the products is valid until 31 December this year, except for special offers for specific dates (St Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), which shall be subject to the provisions laid down for each campaign, perfectly identifiable by the consumer.
