a. How can I pay for my order?
Payment is via a bank card after you have selected the product and completed the client´s and addressee's details.

b. Is the delivery time guaranteed?
The delivery time is not guaranteed. If they prefer, clients can select delivery in the morning or afternoon and Interflora will deliver the order as soon as possible.

c. How do the flowers/plants reach their destination?
The orders are prepared by professional florists, duly prepared for the occasion and delivered by a delivery worker from the florist´s nearest the addressee's home.

d. How do I know if the order has been charged?
At the end of the purchase process, a message appears with the order number and the bank transaction number verifying that the transaction has been accepted.

e. What happens if the order does not reach its destination?
In this case, clients should contact our customer service department (acliente@interflora.es, tel. 902 15 76 52), who will find a solution for each case.

f. How can I receive information about Interflora's offers?
If you register as a client, you can subscribe to our information and special offers bulletin.

g. Can I ask for confirmation of the delivery of the order?
When you place the order, you can indicate this option in the observations box. In any case, if there is a problem with the delivery, we will contact you.

h. Can I cancel an order once the payment has been made?
Yes, as long as the order has not been delivered or is being delivered when you want to cancel it.

i. What happens if the addressee is not at home when the order arrives?
The florist´s will leave a card with the details of the establishment so that the addressee can contact them and the delivery can be made.
