The data requested constitute the minimum details necessary for the execution of the service under contract and under no circumstances shall they be given whatsoever use beyond the scope of the order being placed. Neither shall they be transferred to third parties unless they are necessary for the execution of the service under contract. They shall be processed for the correct execution of the service and for commercial and advertising purposes regarding products, services, offers and promotions related to products that are similar to those under contract, as well as for market surveys, statistics and analyses and the preparation of user profiles in order to personalise and improve our service, without prejudice to your right to access, oppose, strike and rectify.
In order to obtain the forms necessary for the exercise of these rights, you can log on to the portal of the Spanish Data Protection Agency at https://www.agpd.es. Once you have obtained the appropriate form, complete it and send it by post, together with a photocopy of your national ID card, to FLEUROP-INTERFLORA ESPAÑA, S.A., C/ Julian Camarillo, 29, Edificio D-1, 4 Planta, Madrid (28037) as the party responsible for processing the data.
Insofar as the personal data of the addressee in the order are not provided directly by the said addressee, in compliance with the provisions laid down in Article 5.4 LOPD, FLEUROP-INTERFLORA ESPAÑA, S.A. shall inform the said addressee within the term of three months after the registration of the data of the content of the data provided, the corresponding source, the existence and purpose of the file in which their data are contained, of the possibility of exercising their right to access, rectify, strike and oppose, as well as the details that identify FLEUROP-INTERFLORA ESPAÑA, S.A., as the party responsible for processing the data.
In accordance with the provisions laid down in Article 22 of the Electronic Commerce and Information Society Services Act 34/2002, we hereby inform you that our server will send cookies to your computer where, providing us with information about the pages you visit on the portal, we will be able to see your browsing habits as a user and personalise the information you receive via our portal in the future.
